Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery Process
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed successfully:
- A second delivery attempt may be made
- The courier may leave the parcel with a nearby neighbor
- You may receive instructions for collection from a local pickup point
Delivery timing depends on the courier’s schedule and local service availability.
Pickup Point Collection
You may also choose to have your order delivered to a nearby pickup location for added convenience.
Packages held at pickup points are usually available for collection for up to 7 days. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us.
Returns Policy
